Include only the street address, city and zip code. Your abstract page should already include the page header described above. The following table shows examples of the different formats. In all other cases, however, use the personal title and full name followed by a colon.
APA American Psychological Association is most commonly used to cite sources within the social sciences. This page, most often titled Bibliography, is usually placed at the end of the work preceding the index.
The proper use of the NB system can protect writers from accusations of plagiarism, which is the intentional or accidental uncredited use of source material created by others.

Leave a blank line between each paragraph. Your abstract should contain at least your research topic, research questions, participants, methods, results, data analysis, and conclusions. Your instructor may ask that you omit the number on your first page.
Include sections for the heading, salutation, body, signature line and a designation of the number of enclosures at the bottom. Another widely utilized format is known as modified block format.
Typist initials Typist initials are used to indicate the person who typed the letter. In the NB system, the footnote or endnote itself begins with the appropriate full-sized number, followed by a period and then a space.
It should include all sources cited within the work and may sometimes include other relevant sources that were not cited but provide further reading. It also offers writers an outlet for commenting on those cited sources. You may also want to list keywords from your paper in your abstract.
When writing to companies within the United States, use the American date format. When writing a business letter, be careful to remember that conciseness is very important.Please use the example at the bottom of this page to cite the Purdue OWL in APA.
